Blue & White Ware

I have always had a weakness for blue and white ceramic ware in the kitchen. It seems that there are many people who feel the same way. This popular colour combination has a dedicated place on our market stall table. I never tire of the beauty of the indigo colours produced by cobalt carbonate.

Since our hiatus at the beginning of the year, we have been hosting a regular stall at the Mission Beach Markets which are held on the first and third Sunday of each month as well as the last Sunday of the month during the tourism (or dry) season. These markets keep us more than busy and so we have stopped going to other markets for now. We will be at the Babinda Harvest Festival on Saturday 16 September to support our local community.
